“American Indians are still getting a raw deal”, PragerU

The system of federal government controlled American Indian reservations in the U.S. provides a natural experiment comparing the effect of government ownership, paternalistic government regulation, and big-spending programs with that of the more free-enterprise environment experience by most Americans.

Naomi Schaefer Riley, author of “The New Trail of Tears”, describes the outcome of the 200-year experiment with big government in her PragerU seminar. The headline finding: “American Indians are the poorest of all of America’s ethnic groups”. The seminar video is available here.
